<Description: The main objectives of SELENAGE are:
1) To evaluate the association between dietary patterns, and clinical and biological indices related to the most frequent age related clinical disorders such as glucose intolerance, lipid disorders, obesity, cardiovascular diseases, immunity deficit, thyroid dysfunction, muscle fatigue, cognitive decline and bone metabolism, taking into account life style and socio-demographic factors (education, physical activity, smoking and alcohol habits).
2) To evaluate the impact of antioxidant proteins (concentration or activities and genetic polymorphisms) in this association.
