ETNA, the "Transport (including aeronautics)" National Contact Points Network, has published its THIRD Newsletter issue. It includes, for each quarter, information on the Seventh Framework Programme, the calls for proposals, results, other EU funding opportunities, European transport policies and forthcoming events.
