La scadenza per presentare le proposte č il 2 Giugno 2009.

Theme 2: Digital Libraries;
Theme 3: ICT for government and governance;
Theme 4: ICT for energy efficiency and environment and smart mobility;
Theme 5: Multilingual Web;
Theme 6: Public Sector Information;
Theme 7: Internet evolution and security;
Theme 8: Open innovation, user experience and living labs
