Non-genotoxic carcinogenesis: Identification of early markers and molecular classification of tumours
The aim of the project is to identify biomarkers predicting carcinogenesis by non-genotoxic carcinogens mainly in experimental rodent animals. Also tumor profiles will be identified that discriminate spontaneous from induced tumors.>

<Partner Sought: The project will identify a rather large number of proteins potentially suited as biomarkers in rats, mice and humans. We look for a group/SME able to produce antibodies of high specificity and sensitivity and to develop ELISAs to be used in serum. Also a high throughput system for immunohistology on multiple tissue (rodent tumor) sections would be welcome.
