We are pleased to present the Second Announcement and Call for Abstracts for the 23rd ICDE World Conference on Open and Distance Learning including the 2009 EADTU Annual Conference.
We plan to organise a highly interactive and flexible event. Therefore we rely on your submissions of abstracts.

Regarding the Call for Abstracts the following dates are important:
Opening Call for Abstracts: 15 June 2008 Closing Call for Abstracts: 1 October 2008
