To develop a methodology and a flexible tool that contribute to achieve a deep redefinition of the management of the urban logistic processes. The results will offer a sistemic perspective of the problems of the last mile freight delyvery systems and will lead the solutions towards the resolution of conflicts and interests among the actors involved.
A mathematical model based in a deep categorization of poblems and solutions for the urban freight delivery systems. All the areas involved will be parameterized defining parameters for urban and architecture, environment, vehicles, logistic management systems, sociopolitical and the use of ICT.
