<Description: Synthesis and pharmacological behavior studies of new
cannabinoid derivatives are in progress at PharmaNess laboratories.
The Company has recently claimed two new series of these compounds
through two Patent Application regarding both CB1 and CB2 ligands.
This project aims to evaluate the properties of new cannabinoid
derivatives obtained in our laboratories, in particular towards
potential applications on food intake, ocular diseases (i.e.
glaucoma), inflammation, pain.
The pharmacological behavior of these new cannabinoid CB1 and/or CB2
ligands will be studied by both in vitro and in vivo assays.
