The Institute proposes to the Institute-coordinator of the Consortium on realization of the above-stated project its participation in consortium as one of profile institutes-co-executors with possible realization of part of project research works (carrying out
expertises) on the following preliminary approximate topic:
The general(common) name of a direction of scientific researches (examinations) outgoing from expected results of the technical Project KBBE-2007-3-3-04, which could is qualified to execute Laboratory of mechanization and automation of technological processes in animal industries :
«Development of strategy of creation of resource-saving technologies for biological use of flows of organic wastes (excepting a municipal wastes), creation of a wide range of market management of food and non-food productions»
With possible performance of a part of Project research works on the following provisional subjects:
1. Development of a new system complex approaches to creation of resource-saving technologies of organic wastes processing at the industrial production of pork with receipt of biofuel.
2. Offer of the scheme of a technological line of processing of flows at the industrial production of pork with receipt of biofuel and with the reduction of the capital expenditures, approximately in 2 times.
3. Performance of the scientific-research feasibility report of expediency of use of the offered technological line.
4. Completion and manufacturing, replenishment of the technological equipment of the line of industrial flows processing.
5. The carrying-out of erection, starting-up and adjustment works, improvement of technological modes of the line on the complex with industrial production of pork meat, on one of complexes with productivity of 6, 12, 24 or 108 thousand metric centners of pork per year.
6. Organization and realization of the professional training of the personnel and delivery of the technological line in exploitation.
Provisional required funding for Ukrainian part of Project: 60-67 thousand Euro per one year during 5 years.
Laboratory of Mechanization and Automation of Technological Processes of Istitute is ready also to execute a part of profile Project scientific researches and to carry out scientific expertise on subjects proposed by the Coordinator of the European FP7 Project Consortium.
